Joshua Elwand Smith writes in Seattle while moonlighting as a bar manager and pretending to learn French. Despite working as a fisherman in Alaska and a farmer in Peru, he is probably still most proud of snagging the vocal solo in a 4th grade production of ‘Westward Ho!’ and finding out the true meaning of Christmas.
